- Arrange a meeting. Try and meet with a senior manager to discuss tackling stigma in your workplace.
- Have statistics on hand…and show your colleagues how much of a difference it could make to tackle stigma. “95% of employees calling in sick with stress gave a different reason.”
- Come prepared with ideas for activities. i.e. a coffee morning, or a myth busting mental health quiz.
